Beta 1 for Trend Micro Internet Security 2009 (TIS17) is now available for download!
For those using XP and Vista 32bit Operating Systems, you may download the Beta Kit here: http://betadownload.trendmicro.com/TIS_2009/TIS17_Standard_BetaKit_32Bit.zip
For those using Vista 64bit Operating Systems, you may download the Beta Kit here: http://betadownload.trendmicro.com/TIS_2009/TIS17_Standard_BetaKit_64Bit.zip
Before starting, please take note of the following:
The Beta kit contains 2 files (Test Script in MS excel format and the Beta1 installer)
Ifyou are using TIS 16.X Pro version, you will need to uninstall thisversion first before installing the TIS17 Standard Beta 1.
Please take note of the serial number you are using before uninstalling your current version.
During TIS 17 Standard Beta 1 installation, please choose to install a ‘Trial version’ which is valid for 90 days. There is no functional difference between the trial and the full version.
All information and steps to run the test are detailed in the test script. Oncecompletely filled up (please do not forget to answer the ‘CustomerInformation’ and ‘User Experience’ tabs as well), please send the test script back to us to make sure your submission is validated and is included in the raffle.
